1. Pray First – Activate the Spirit
Start with prayer: “Holy Spirit, open my eyes to see wonderful things in Your Word” (Psalm 119:18). Ask for revelation!
2. Pick a Book, Not Random Verses
Read whole books like Ephesians, James, or John. Get the full story – context is king!
3. SOAP It Up
Scripture (write a verse), Observation (what’s it saying?), Application (how does this change me?), Prayer (talk to God about it).
4. Journal Like a Prophet
