Press on to the higher calling in Christ Jesus.
Esther came from humble beginnings and wasn't accustomed to the finer things in life. Her upbringing was unconventional. Her uncle raised her, not her parents, with integrity, passion, and righteousness. She didn't realize it was part of God's plan for her life when she became queen. She didn't know that her purpose was to change the course of an entire nation.
Like Esther, you are positioned to be a leader in your time, guiding people away from despair and into a fulfilled life. God has predestined for you to be prepared through unconventional circumstances. In my experience, God often prepares leaders in unexpected ways. We can see God's guiding hand preserving us when we reflect on our lives.
God is not uninformed about anything concerning you. He knew your end was written before you were even born. Now that you are in Christ, it is not for you and me to try to comprehend the thought process of the most intelligent being. We are not designed to retain all that glory, so God placed a piece of his nurture inside us. Your part in the grand puzzle is vital.
Sons and daughters of God, you are precious to your dad. He kept you, and his mercy prevented you from being destroyed. Surrendering to God makes sense. It is his breath that is in your lungs. Esther demonstrated a level of surrender that we must cultivate in our lives. If I die for the cause of Christ, I die.
Esther called an entire nation to unity for one cause. What power and authority she exhibited! She understood the laws of the land, but she also understood the power of unity. Faith in God moved her to action. God changed protocol on her behalf. He will do the same for you as well. When you surrender to Him, the path he curates for you does not make sense to our human minds.
I don’t know about you, but these are the kind of leaders I want to train and partner with for the kingdom of God: unashamed people to answer the call to advance God's will. The church needs leaders like these to leave a legacy for the next generation. The Body of Christ needs you, and so does the world.
We all recognize that when our lives are in God's hands, He brings life to dead things. On the other hand, when our lives are in a fallen angel's hands, it leads to destruction. We have the ability to align systems with God's will. Our collaboration with God saves lives, and we are called to guide the lost back to the God who created heaven and Earth. It is truly a privilege to work for God.
Press on towards the higher calling. The tests, trials, and persecution you face on Earth are temporary and cannot compare to the satisfaction that the Lord Jesus has prepared for you in eternity. I conclude this message with this statement: You are privileged to bear fruit for the kingdom of God.
