You are being processed for the work of ministry
Acts 2:17 KJV: And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
It hasn't been widely taught that every born-again, blood-bought child of God can hear His voice. Very few ministry leaders teach that every child of God has access to the gifts and spirit of the Living God. This faulty setup has kept believers stagnant and reliant on their apostles and pastors rather than seeking God for themselves.
Many false leaders have used this to their advantage to control and manipulate God's people for their gain. The Lord is putting an end to this. He reminds His children of the price He paid so that we all can access the Father. It is not just a select few who can access God; every blood-covenanted child of God can.
The Spirit of the Lord is working like never before. He has been active on Earth since the day of Pentecost. Every person in that upper room was filled with the Holy Spirit, and the evidence was visible, audible, and tangible. We must understand that the Lord calls us to unity, not only leaders but every Body member.
Acts 2:2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
Great leaders understand that every believer has a place and function in the church. They recognize that new believers start with foundational teachings before maturing and eventually serving outside the church. By God’s design, we go out as mature believers to positively influence the world.
Leaders are assigned to members like mothers and fathers. They are there to provide, protect, and nourish the ones the Lord assigned to them. Like any good parent, they teach the members to understand who they are as sons and daughters of God. They create space for each individual to mature in the gifts of the Spirit and their calling.
Jesus Christ laid the foundation and the example of this with his leadership of the disciples. His disciples were called, appointed, and then anointed for ministry work. Jesus taught them sonship, servanthood, and leadership. They were well-versed in every aspect, which made them great leaders. Their fruits for themselves today. The Lord does not send out unprepared and untrained leaders.
Psalm 32:2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
Leaders create a safe place for members to flourish. They train healthy leaders free from church hurts to take up their responsibilities and lead others as Christ did. Great leaders raise mature servants to serve their communities, governments, and ministries. They prepare members to take up their roles and responsibilities and release them to do the work God predestined.
God is gracious, and even when we fail, he remains faithful and will restore us to his original plans and purpose. It's important to understand that God's work is not about us but His kingdom and glory. God doesn't share His glory with anyone and will cut down anyone who does not bear fruit.
The Lord left us the blueprint to make disciples of all men. None of the disciples he sends should be lost, nor should they produce bad fruits. All should have the DNA of Christ. After being tested and through the fire, they will be ready to serve with love and humility.
John 17:12
While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.
Be sure to care for those the Lord has given to you.
Ensure that none are lost, but all come to know who they are and walk in the light of that.
Understand that these are God’s people, not your own.
Teach everyone to hear the voice of God and to flow in the gifts of the spirit.
Teach them to discern what is of the Lord and what is of the devil.
